Weapons turning black in khartum mod

The problem is that when every time I go into a battle in in napoleon total war with the khatum mod all the weapons the units holding turn black.I think the problem started when I uninstalled the moari submod for the khartum mod and reinstalled the mod.

Managed to fixed the buggy weapons by reinstalling it but another problem I have is that some of the unit models glitch out and cause the models to go into a mess of textures and limbs.

Uninstalled the khartum mod the weird texture glitch seems to be there.What happens is that at a certain distance a unit will go into a messed up blob or something similar sorry that I may be a little bit vague it is just that I can't think of a good enough sentence of what the glitch is
