Enabling slow motion in battle realism mode

Hi guys!

I really like the battle realism mode, however I would like to be able slow motion in this mode - otherwise it is too hard to manage troops sometimes.

However, I cannot find any realted tables using the official mod tools. Can anyone provide me any insight where the settings for battle realism are, so can edit them?

I, being the horrible real-time Shogun 2 troops commander that I am, am also interested in finding such a mod. I think that battling with the legendary CAI would be fun but the battles pretty near guarantee that any legendary campaigns are prematurely ended for me.
