hey rio , heres more stuff i noticed and needs change

1) Soissons Banner (it is still in vanilla version)
2) Evrey Officer in non-roman faction needs to change they all hold the dragon which not all factions did take it as a sigil .
3) Units Upkeep and Building cost are waaaay too high , the economy crumbles since early turns
4) many units do not have the same skins as their icons (u can take visigoth "gothic speamen" as an example)
5) the regions each faction should take is huge i mean a faction such as Romano-Britons should conquer Britannia and ireland not 55 regions
