Empire and Napoleon Total War Collection - Game of the Year Questions

I purchased Medieval 2 during the Steam sale and it has really impressed me. The other Total War deals didn't seem that great at the time, but now that I have had time to play it I find myself wanting more. With the Steam sale over, I went looking for a good deal on other titles in the franchise and I came across "Empire and Napoleon Total War Collection - Game of the Year (PC DVD)[UK IMPORT]" on Amazon for $16.99. That seems almost too good to be true because the gold edition is going for $49.99.

Is there anyone on here who has purchased the game of the year edition that could answer a couple questions for me?
1)I am from the US, would I be able to redeem this game on Steam?
2)I've seen conflicting posts regarding the GOTY/Gold edition and the DLC included. Does it only include the DLC listed on the box or all of them?

Brilliant question. I am in Australia and have the gold edition on hold to buy tomorrow and I would love to know the answer to this as well

It is $9 dollars at EB games here as well as vanilla Shogun 2.
