    Default Any submod for RS 2.6 that shows legion numbers in settlement?

    Hi guys, as the title says. Is there any submod that shows the legion numbers in settlements? I've seen the submod thread already and there is one for RS 2.1 but i dont know if it's compatible with 2.6 and I cant find any link to download it x.x

    With "Edit_Settlement_Names ON" you can simply add the legion numbers to the end of settlement names yourself. Click the settlement name in the town scroll and add the XV, XVI, I, II, etc, to the name. Edit this in either the roma surrectum launcher or the preferences file for that particular campaign--it won't harm your save.

    Would like to see if dvk' can comment - for the settlement names are used so much in the scripting that I am fairly sure, from previous posts, that this ^^ is not necessarily a good idea. You're better simply to use the previously posted tables and plan accordingly.

    Don't touch the settlement names: you will screw up the traits, the ancillaries and the background script!

    I always assumed that the script would simply use an id number for the settlements, not their in game names. So that's good to know--I'll stop naming settlements after fallen generals.

    Would have to check, I think those scripts reference the "internal" names.

    This is because other languages will have different names for the settlements (check the text files for settlement names). Actually even in RS2 some settlements have a different display name than their internal name.

    There is only one way to change the settlement names and don't screw the game: you have to change them in ALL of the files which are involved. And thats are a lot. I know because I did it. Once, with only one settlement, and it works.

    There should be a file called 'Legion_recruitment.txt' in 'data\_Important_Stuff\AOR_maps'. It lists where every Legion can be recruited.

    Honestly the folder name "Important Stuff" makes it seem like a folder that shouldnt be touched haha.
