I'm going to abstain because I'm part of the alliance which would presumably be declared the victor. It's really up to the other players.

Morrowind and Dagoth will die eventually, slow grind and Daggerfal is all but spend.
I again, extend the offer of reuniting Tamriel under the Ruby Throne. The time has come again for Pax Septim
And should we end this, who might be the winning alliance?
The Septim Alliance: TE, Skyrim, Elweyrs
I vote to end this, if the discussion is still going.
My vote is for ending it

Alright, the majority of remaining players voted to end this, thus The Emperor, and all his supporters - nords, redguards and khajiits, are declared the winners of this HS.
This has been one of the oldest TES hotseats, thus it also had many bugs and imbalance, which we overcame. The HS was also close to being closed few times, due to lack of players, but we also got through these difficult times.
We had seen there some pretty interesting moves and events from some players, wirthy of not beig forgotten.
Rep to the winners, and also those who opposed the Empire till noe, as well as those whe fell during the way.
I also thank Berry for taking over main admin spot here some time ago.

Peace has at last returned to continent. Tamriel stands strong as we herald a new era of prosperity. Long live the Empire!
I'd like to thank all the players, gg! And especially my steadfast allies, thanks for sticking with me to the end
Well it was good game while it lasted. The Altmer were planning for another invasion of Valenwood and Elsweyr. Those imperial armies in Valenwood would of soon be surrounded and outnumbered.
Yes, GG to everyone for the relatively short time I was here. Skyrim and Redguard were planning a major push against Aldmeri as soon as Daggerfall was defeated. It might have come down to whether Aldmeri could make major progress before Daggerfall succumbed to superior forces.
