As far as I know, the Riverlands army should have moved away and your army would have been unobstructed to march on Riverrun and it's a siege. If the movement order was changed, then that army would still most likely not have been there to block the army. Movement orders that are changed after the fact have the army appear what ever distance you would have traveled so far.

Player controlled keeps don't do surrender rolls. You either have to Rp the surrender or storm it.

I know that it does not affect the outcome of the war, but from an RP standpoint I would like it if the Ring assault could be rolled so that the Kingsroad battle could be resolved.
