Darthmod Napoleon Not Starting

'Elo Folks.
When I run 'DarthMod Napoleon' I get in the following order
Make sure you have steam running
Napoleon is running
Run thingie [Appears for like half of a second and then closes]
And then I get directed to C: > Program Files > Steam > steamapps > common > napoleon total war > Napoleon.exe

When other people run DarthMod, they (when they click 'Play') get Napoleon Total War running up.


How come when I press play nothing happens!

I even ran (after the following processes up top in order) Napoleon Total War which is my steam shortcut. I load everything up and then there is no sound (Which I gained back after removing user.scripts to play vanilla) but none of the features. I tested this by doing a singleplayer battle which:
A, New units don't appear
