It should say in the EDU, if it's the same as M2TW then this line is the HP:
The first number is HP for the unit and the second number is HP for the mount iirc.Code:stat_health 1, 0

Probably 5 try finding the biggest negative hitpoint bonus in vanilla (as I am guessing from memory)

It's 5+ bodyguard hitpoint, so in vanilla RTW, this would be 5+2=7. Non-general/captain officers (standard bearers, centurions, etc.) have 1+ whatever hitpoint the unit they are assigned to have instead.
