    How long do you think it would take to update? And I am willing to learn how, and then help if it would help move the process along faster.

    I don't want to put pressure on the team, but Majorian recently told me he's got time to work on it.

    On the modding part; I'd recommend watching some of Magnar's tutorials, specialize in something you find fun/easy and that'll probably do. Of course, new members speed up the process.

    (This is not how I started modding btw. I just watched one vid how to mod units, and after that I began experimenting with other db tables. You could do that as well, but it might take longer than taking one or two magnar tutorials and specialize.)

    Yes, doing some in house testing on newer version. But will have to wait for Tomahawk to decide how much is going to be done before update

    I'd like to help out with historical research/ editing family trees. This is the first overhaul mod I've seen that changes the map effectively. Where I saw the most room for improvement was historical family trees, perhaps a unique model for Odoacer and a few others. Very inspired work though! +rep

    This looks amazing! I love early Medieval History!! I just posted a MOD idea starting with the Carolingians in 732 CE. This is as close as I could probably get!

    Hey team. I'm putting together a review of Origo Europae for the Eagle Standard as I've been convinced it's the most promising overhaul released. It's thrilling to see the Kingdom of Italy and the Domain of Soissons, and Arthurian Britain given such vision by your team. I was just going over the most recent version, July-26.
    Congratulations on the new factions such as the Sclavenians and Hephalites. Also if you'd like the faction icons colored gold I could assist in getting them to look the way the playable factions do in the GC. I was wondering if you've considered using the Odoacer model from the Siege of Ravenna historical battle if there is one. The Suebian model is bland in my opinion for such an important historical figure. Just a minor gripe. Anyhow- keep up the great work and I look forward to a thorough play-through for the review. P.S. The new Theoderic model looks great, as well as Chlodovech with one longsword and a shield- much more authentic imo. For beta purposes, I should let you know that Ataulf still isn't showing up as Alaric's brother and is not in the family tree or 'other nobles.'

    Thank you very much to you both Majorian does majority of the real work, I'm just an archeologist/historian. I hope you will both be interested in our next big adventure, moving on a few decades

    PS: @ Lugotorix You could do us the utmost honour, of writing one of you excellent novella's (AAR does not do them justice) when you have finished the current Goth one of course.

    Is it possible to make a non-steam link? It does'nt work when I try with steam somehow, only getting a instant CTD

    I've been longing for playing this mod for too long.

    Yes it does load this mod first though, using the Mitch mod manager.
    PS. I've answered this and similar questions on Steam (I am - Κωνσταντῖνος ) But feel free to ask here too as it will keep life in this thread.

    I will certainly ask Majorian who is the far more technically minded, but it does rather sound more like a conflict of some sort and would happen whatever the source of the mod.

    It is not a conflict because I only try with one mod at a time. And it occurs with every mod, not only COE.
    I've complained about it before, but it seems that my computer (or AV perhaps) is reducing Steams actions.
