    Default Loading ring icon stuck, can't do anything on campaign map

    As title says, this happened at about turn 32 of my Rhun campaign, I'm also running MOS.

    There is probably a unit stuck trying to cross a river (being blocked from doing so by another unit). Toggle FoW and see if that is the case, if so use the move_character cheat to help the unit on its way....
