Can only install half of the game...

Hi, I just bought TW:M2 but when I try to install the game and the first half is completed and it is time to change CD, then it can not locate Disc 2 and I am therefore unable to complete the installation.

Is there any possible solution to this problem? This has happened to me twice as I got a new game after I couldn't install the first version I had. When I talked to the store who sold me the game, they told me that I could just get my money back, but I'd rather play the game.

When it says it cannot locate disk 2, are you taking disk 1 out of the disk drive, putting in disk 2 then clicking okay on the message?

Some dvd drives are not very fast, wait a min after injecting dvd before pressing ok...might do the trick

Trying that now (waiting a while before pressing OK). Will take some time to install the first half again though >.<

My disc 2 started to Auto-play and the quit the installation. I then disabled the Auto-Play and installed the game.

The thing with waiting doesn't work... All it says after 5 minutes of waiting was: "Setup could not find a file on the specified path or disc. Please check that the proper disk is inserted or specify a new path."

ok hers a lengthy way
copy both the disks on ur Hdd {not install copy entirly}
then run the setup from ur hdd now it wont even ask for cd 2 ;entire setup will be completed uninterruptedly

Very weird, just as I was going to take the second CD out, it started to install again... So here's the solution to anyone else having the same problem: Wait about 45 mins with your CD in the computer and hope that you get lucky... Enjoy

(Not sure it will complete the installation but I hope so now that it started again

(Translated form danish, so might not be the same in english): Installation could not be completed as an I/O-unitmistake occured."

Any help possible?

Edit: It fixed itself again, without me doing anything ^^ This just keeps getting better and better

Well, no more posts from me. It stopped again when the installation was around 95 % done, this time it just self-closed after some warning message...

(Sorry for the spam, but double posting isn't really that bad when it's a completly new subject..?)
