[REQUEST] 3TP season on 4TPY game

Hi, this will seem like a strange request but I have my reasons.. see below if interested. But basically I would like the 3 turns per season that the 12 turns per year submod provides, but in the standard 4 turns per year DEI world.

Can anyone do this for me? Is it simple?

The reasons why are because I enjoy having 3TP season: seasonal effects don't come and go in 1 turn, they actually matter; I have to plan my campaigns ahead of time so I'm not caught out by detrimental adverse conditions (inc limited movement submod).

The reasons I don't like 12TPY submod is because: it's not properly balanced (income has been inconsistently reduced, eg Roman industry buildings haven't been reduced at all); also characters live forever and quickly become super powered. I want to play the proper DEI which got a lot more testing.

I know my request will create a world where 1 season lasts almost a year, but that's a small price to pay to get the gameplay I want. And besides it works well in GoT ;-p

hmm wouldn´t a properly balanced 12 turns per year submod fit your criteria better?

Sort of, but that would take a lot of testing. Also 12tpy leads to OP characters. I thought this could be a quick fix but just changing a couple of values. Obviously not, due to the lack of responses...

Well wasn´t the general pretty much the deciding factor in battles?
Of course how the soldiers or warriors fought counted too, but how he led his men was much more important!
And an experienced general should hold an advantage against an inexperienced one...

But you are right it makes them overpowered, this should be adressed too!

, I would also enjoy having 3 turns for one season, as I found that to be the best part of the 12tpy mod, gameplay wise. Especially in combination with the limited movement submod as stated above. I had several instances where i did not think my campaign through in the north, which ended up with my army stuck in the wilderness during winter, leading to major attrition. It really adds immersion to the game!
