The character traits and the menu options, like when you hit escape in the campaign and you can load save or exit. Maybe one of those files like part 4 didn't get downloaded right? I will do it over when I get off work and let you know.
But game IS turning out very good. The map is excellent and the units seem very authentic for the time period. Jerusalem general looks good with the blue now. Maybe you should give the mounted/dismounted knights of jerusalem blue uniforms as well if you guys get around to it. You should take a look at the Dominato Mundi Road to Jerusalem units too if you have not finished with all your units. Also the building selection is good with the italian quarters and the order buildings. The ai is also alot smarter then the ai in stainless steel it seems. I think you should give KOJ french accents too instead of the english accents they had in kingdoms unless its a hassle. Cant wait for the finished product!

No, I don't think so. It has to do something with the text files, I have implemented.
The blue ones are the knights of the city itself, the other are knights of the realm, so I fear we won't change them anymore.
We actually did, Master Zuma promised us access to their files, but yet we sadly receive no download link.

Yeah, it's pretty unplayable at the moment. k/t was supposed to make a RR/RC compilation (like he had done for Broken Crescent and The Last Kingdom) but he disappeared from twcenter about half a year ago.

Just a idea... Why not a bigger map (exemple Alexandros map) for In Nomine Dei? With more factions...and emergent factions Latin Empire, Venice?

I really think that extend the map to Anatolia would be an error. Our goal is to made a mod about the Crusades and the Latin East. Of course Byzantine Empire is important but maybe more the Orientals "Themes" than Constantinople.
Byzantine role was surely far from Shayzar's and Mossul's ones during our period. I was very favorable to already made the game playable then add these two factions.
