    I believe it is on purpose due recycling vanilla icons combined with other unit changes. Perhaps the only real oddball in the mod as far as icon vs actual unit goes.

    I'd like to know, can I play the american independence campaign with ER? If yes, which script to use?

    I have no idea. Easiest solution is to load the Road to Independence, see if it crashes, and if it doesn't is everything else working as they should.

    Hello. I enjoy realism mods, although I tried and played many mods for Medieval 2 TW Kingdoms (had about 20-30 of them in mod folder and game did not crash), ETW, NTW and Shogun 2 TW (I really hate Rome 2, despite Atilla improvemnets), after all of them I often return to realism mode and realism page here.

    My question is this: what is the purpose of various scripting for playable factions in this mod? I mean what does it do?
    Could you be more specific in details what does it change?

    I like to play as Austria on VH/VH.
