Not too many antique helmets, but these are pretty neat replicas of Brodie helmets that are available to purchase. I was looking at getting one myself for Airsoft because everyone goes as a Modern Warfare reject.

Though, unfortunately, not produced during the war; the Vickers M27 helmet is a neat variation on the German 1916. It's long rumored that the m16 design was chosen intentionally by the Free irish state as an insult to the british.

If memory serves me correct, Bavarian troops wore these throughout the war.
Olá! Cumprimentos e saudações! I'm finally back after a long drawn out moving process! And today I thought I'd try to shed a bit of light on a country who often gets overlooked (if you received an American education like me) in world history. Portugal! Though mostly re-equipped by Great Britain upon deployment to the front, the Portuguese were not without their own unique and distinctive headwear:
The portuguese m16 helmet was a copy of the "Brodie" style helmet with flutes across the helm and a "sew-in" Liner. It's thought that this style of helmet was patterned after Helms that were popular with British officers at the time.
sorry for picture size.
The Portuguese m1913 helm. The standard sun helmet for Portuguese troops. Although originally issued with the spike, the spike was eliminated from the head wear after Germany formally declared war on Portugal.

enjoy!
You don't need to quote the whole post complete with pictures, especially not just for a single sentence answer.
The Pickelhaube is for the dress uniform of the Guarda Nacional Republicana, which is the gendarmerie of Portugal. The army did not wear it in WW1.
The sun helmet was the campaign headgear for the 1911 uniform (though the spike was usually removed in the field, even before 1917), but it wasn't worn by the Portuguese Expeditionary Force on the western front. Instead they wore a cloth peaked cap in British style, along with the Broadie helmet.
So no, Portuguese units with Pickelhaube will not make sense.
Note that dress uniform =/= campaign uniform. Back then having two (or three, or even sometimes four!) different uniforms for different occasions wasn't uncommon, so when seeing pictures of WW1 soldiers and uniforms don't automatically assume that's what they would have worn in combat.
You don't see the Queen's Guard wearing red tunics and fur hats in Afghanistan nowadays. That's the same deal.

I want people to work to see what I have to say. If you give something out for free, then it couldn't have been worth that much to begin with.
Ignoring that, for Portugal they don't start while at war with Germany. So, provided their late units don't have pickelhauben it couldn't be TOO inaccurate... But hypothetically, let's say the moment Belgium was invaded, they joined right after. What would they be wearing? The hats that they have now in game?
