    Some info on this epic mod

    The Elder Scrolls: Total War - is a total conversion, based on Medieval II Total War - Kingdoms and The Elder Scrolls series. It gives you a chance to head one of the 20 factions to fight for Tamriel. You want to command Imperial Legions, armies of Skyrim, Great Houses of Morrowind or ash creatures of Dagoth Ur to conquer all continent on highly-detalised map - you will have this in the mod.
    Mod starts in 3E 427 year, then Sixth House organize assassination of some proud people of Empire and members of House Hlaalu. Also, in this year comes true the Prophesy of Nerevarin. Last date of mod - 4E 45 year, then Umpriel, Infernal City, arrives in Nirn. With 12 turns per year total duration of camaign will be 624 turns. It will include many historical events, such as Oblivion Crisis and Stormcrown Interregnum.

    Assuming the download and everything goes well I would love to play in this hotseat, I'll fill any faction not taken though my first and second choices are Aldmeri Dominion and Great House Telvanni respectively, will get back to this tonight after I have downloaded the mod

    I downloaded the mod, quickly loaded a few 5 turn campaigns with multiple factions. No more than 15-20 mins in and i was sold. The custom units are epic, my first siege was a pleasent surprise as the custom settlement i invaded was so well designed. I will preobably spend a good amount of time just playing around with the mod today to familiarize myself with it. But in the few short moments i have played i can tell you this is a mod of very HIGH quality. From what i read this mod is made by a Russian Team. For whatever reason it's still listed as a WIP here on TWC. It really needs a spot on the Hosted Thread.

    This mod reached it's full 1.0 build on March 1 2015 on Moddb. And lem me tell you, as someone that has played EVERY mod available on TWC The Elder Scrolls Total War takes this game to a honubaleva.

    Cool! I ve been waiting for this .

    I have been playing as Tamriel Empire singleplayer for few weeks already, and its totally epic. Im now around turn 100 and Oblivion Crisis is really epic. Im afraid they will probably destroy my faction ( happens to me in m2tw very rarely ).

    Great House Hlaalu of Morrowind for me. With Nerevarine on our side, "The sixth great house" Dagoth will return to ashes, where he belongs.

    I have version 1.3. Will be there problem with compatibility?

    I would love to join this! Can anyone get me a dl link, can't find any on the forums and the one on moddb is just a patch...


    Can you hold me the Aldmeri Dominion? I think I want to play them but need to play the mod first.

    However, I recommend the number of factions be cut down a LOT! to say maybe 8-10 maximum.

    I say we cut off the Morrowind and Black Marsh factions, that will leave us 10 factions, fighting in Morrowind is going to be really awkward anyways since the MP in this mod is about the same or even more than SS. If this is the case I still want the Aldmeri Dominion.

    I would love to be a part of this, count me in as the Tamriel Empire, House of Telvani, Kingdom of Skyrim or Orsinium. Would be happy with any of those factions, with the first one being my first choice and so on.

    The playable factions, or the maps shown in this thread are not to be taken as an example of exactly what will be featured in the HotSeat campaigns. Please download and play the mod to familiarize yourselves with it. The HS campaigns will be reworked in a sub mod specifically designed for a balanced HotSeat. Or the HS will simply feature specific locations and factions. We will work something out we can all be happy with

    There is plenty of room for many mini-HS here, you could even have a HS solely based in Morrowind for example.

    Like I said the movement points in this mod is insane, which is why, unless you edited it, fighting in Morrowind is going to be super awkward. Mainly because of ships, Morrowind has alot of navigable rivers and most of the cities are on these rivers, since ships get a TON of MP you can embark and then land troops from really far away. This makes it super hard to defend, ontop of this forts are more expensive than usual (2500g) which makes it even harder to defend the coastal settlements.

    You can try to do some mini hotseats in Morriwind or High Rock, but after playing a couple of shortish campaigns (30-40 turns) I believe this mod will be funnest at a large scale with most of the factions present. You can ofcourse edit the game and give armies WTW style MP and/or lower the fort cost to 1000g in which mini campaigns would be lovely! I actually think that lowering the fort cost to 1000-1500g would be better in large scale hotseats too, but just an opinion from a mostly WTW player.

    If you are up to it, there should be a port in Anvil, the Empire actually doesn't have one on their western coast and can't build one, which makes it SUPAR HARD to defend from an Elven attack, even tho I want to play the Elves I don't want to take Anvil EZ mode.
