DLV Europa - Unofficial Patch 1.0

Hi everyone. I've made an unofficial patch which fixes some issues and incorrect stat values. I've corrected mistakes in the edu (making it consistent with RC 1.8).

I may add further fixes later.

I fixed a Welsh unit having "unlocalized placement text." I've also changed the stats of to of Mali's units.

Just wanted to say thank you for this. Also, you might have a look at the medieval2.DLV_Europa.cfg, as when I copied yours in it forced me into a 1280x720 window and wouldn't allow me to permanently change the settings via the in game options. No worries, though, I just opened the file in Wordpad and changed it manually. Otherwise, everything looks great. Cheers.
