    CA Developer Icon Total War: ATTILA - Tin Isle Mercenaries Update out next week

    Hi all,

    Next week we'll be releasing a new update to Total War: ATTILA that brings with it plenty of unit rebalancing as well as many performance, technical and gameplay improvements. For example, AI factions are less likely to raze settlements in the first 100 turns, they are also easier to trade with and less aggressive towards hordes.

    It also introduces a raft of mercenary Celtic units and ships which may be recruited by any forces stationed in and around the Brittanic, or as the Greeks named them, Tin Isles.

    The campaign AI fixes sound great, but with the announcement of the new dlc I don't think there is any hope left for Total War, or gaming for that matter.

    seriously guys after all patches will be have to start over to our play? ah wait we are "Beta testers" eh..

    Anyway changes seems awesome, I just hope they will be awesome as they sound like

    Seem like positive changes for the most part, especially with Gothic Warband no longer upgrading to Falxmen and not having half of Europe left in ashes after 40 turns will definitely speed things up. Nice work CA!

    Promising indeed, not awfully fond of naval mercenaries, but good patch notes. Though I do wish they would reconsider unit stats for ERE, they all seem rather weak!

    @ CA could you possibly consider in near future, changing command structure to the ERE ?( it was not a mirror of the West) and give Roman, generals, officers and emperors an impressive appearance the befits their status in this period please?
