This is a recreation of my original Custom Character HS, Conflicts of Westeros 1 (I've dropped the 1). As with the first HS this will be custom character meaning that every player will create their own character to be their faction leader with his own House, sigil, traits, portrait and back story all of which will be set out in the below format in a post from each player once they have selected their faction/kingdom. The HS will be using KoRaH as a base and then I will be editing the files to be used for the HS which will have to be downloaded and used like a separate submod. Another change from the original is that this will be a fully fledged RP HS meaning that all players can truly play as their custom character they created.
Players from the original HS will be given preference over new players. And for the new players, ensure you know what you are getting into before joining.
Character Creation
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Each custom character is allowed 2 ancillaries plus the Lordship of the faction's capital settlement, of the ancillaries one may be custom and the other should be a vanilla trait already in KoRaH.
Each custom character starts with the traits: Faction Leader, Night Fighter and loyalty starter. More traits can be given using a 10 points system whereby each level of every trait counts as one of the 10 available points.
For a portrait find an image or make one that you deem appropriate for your character, try to make them fit in with the other portraits in game. (no live action pictures please)
When choosing your character's starting location go in game and hover your cursor over the location you want to start in (must be within your lands) and type into the console "show_cursorstat" and copy the coordinates given.
The faction leader of the original KoRaH faction will be your new heir.
Each faction is entitled to one custom princess of the same House as your faction leader, all princesses will be the same charm level. If you want a portrait for them post one with your Character Creation.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
PM the next player that it is their turn. You have 24 hours to play each turn before skip/sub.
ONE TURN PEACE. You can not enter lands of anyoneon turn 1 and may not attack any players until the second turn.
No destroying buildings in an under siege settlement or if the enemy is in range to besiege with an remotely equal or superior army.
Destruction of buildings is allowed apart from when the circumstances breach those of the rule above. (Barracks however may not be destroyed, destroy usless buildings.)
Fort limit of 4 per region per player and all forts must have a garrison of at least 4 units, to limit fort spamming a bit.
No bug abuse! When you think someone has used a bug report it here and the admin will look into it.
No sailing from a blockaded port without first defeating the blockading ships.
The recruitment of siege equipment and their use is prohibited.
No sallying forth in a siege to deny your besieger the opportunity to sack your settlement.
Post pictures of battle odds, involved armies, their banners and the results. It is advised to hide everything else, especially the mini map and your finances.
Armies defeated by a player (b) that comes after the original player (a)'s turn cannot move next turn, so if Tyrell defeats a Lannister army that army cannot move next turn. - Exception: Reinforcing armies standing in defenses, even if defeated, don't lose movement points. So player 'a' is allowed to move the army that reinforced another while in a fort even if defeated by 'b'.
Settlements gifted should disband all units save one and cannot be repeatedly given.
Princesses needs 30% odds to steal a character.
RP Rules:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Posts on the thread must be in character. If you wish to post out of character please add OOC before your post. Example - OOC: Seriously, is that move legal?
Faction Leaders/Heirs can sally out and get a defeat. You must RP such an event since your Lead/Heir is basically making their last stand and going down fighting.
Faction Leaders/Heirs can be taken hostage. If they come under siege and cannot escape, you may offer a ransom or the enemy may demand one. If the ransom is accepted the besieged forces must disband down to the generals personal bodyguard. The siege will be lifted, leaving the fort or castle empty while the Lead/Heir escapes to the closest friendly region; immune to hostile attack while he flees. The fleeing individual cannot partake in any battles or preform any action other than fleeing towards the nearest friendly region. Ransoms can be refused if the aggressor wishes, but they cannot be broken once agreed upon.
Wards can be taken. You can RP one of your enemies children being taken as part of a deal to keep their house in line, assuming they've bent the knee. The ward will be under your protection to do with as you will until he comes of age. You can execute your ward if his family steps out of line (admin removes him from the game once he spawns) or treat him well if his family remains true. He will escape home to his family if your Capital falls into enemy hands.
Betrothals are considered as legit as normal Princess to FL/FH alliances, but can be broken if enough reason is given, although it'll be looked down upon. This also allows sons that are not your heir to wed princess from important family's, be it marrying them to a random generated wife and RPing that it's actually the agreed upon princess (in that case the agreed upon Princess becomes useless to the faction who owns her and she'll be removed by the admin (you must inform the admin) or waiting for that son to become your next Heir and wedding the normal way.

Yeah well he is just a bad ass guy, I was so looking forward to this hotseat first time round. Added to this he has been a badass in You Can Only Fight Fate, getting to 10 command stars and 10 dread in like 3 turns. Have decided that all my custom characters will be various editions of Harlton born down the ages, all of them equally awesome!!!
Just like to say, if you wanna create your character and post it now feel free as it would make my file editing job quicker if I started before we filled up.
Biography: Mine may be slightly long but I got somewhat carried away, I really like this character and his family's lore.

As is clear from the appearance of the members of House Brightflame, they are not originally from Westeros. Very little is known about House Brightflame's true lineage; some say they are the bastard line of an ancient Valyrian family of Dragonlords, some say they are an exiled House of Valyria that had nowhere to turn to others claim that House Brightflame is a fraud and that they die their hair and stole a dragon from the freehold. The last time such a suspicion was raised the man was fed to King Rhaegar II Brightflame's Dragon.
That is one area of House Brightflame's history that is not disputed; they have dragons, or at least had dragons seeing as nobody has seen a dragon in the Vale since the 4th Brightflame King, Viserys I Brighflame. When Rhaegar I Brightflame came to the Vale he brought with him 20 dragons all with a dragon rider, he had no army but he had no need for one. The petty Kings of the Vale united to try to repel the Valyrian invaders but after watching entire armies, castles and even mountains melt in dragon fire the Brightflame's were accepted as the Kings of the Vale and they were the first of the now great Houses of Westeros to unite their great Kingdom under their banner.
There have been 7 Kings of the Mountain and the Vale since Rhaegar I Brightflame and Jaehaerys I is the 8th King, but his rise to Kingship was not a smooth one. There may have been 7 kings, but there have been 9 generations of Brightflames in the Vale, the King before Jaehaerys, Maekar III Brighflame lived until he was 87 years of age and in his lifetime his sons all died and most of his grandsons died as well. This left for a very unclear line of succession which rightfully put Jaehaerys as the crowned Prince at the age of 5, this caused outrage among many branches of House Brightflame and after the passing of King Maekar III a Brightflame civil war erupted.
The loyalist armies were led by Talon Arryn, House Arryn are stewards to House Brightflame and have served them honourably since Rhaegar I, this unity was made stronger by Viserys Brightflame having been married to an Arryn girl, making Jaehaerys half Arryn. The rebellion was crushed and Jaehaerys I Brightlame was raised to King of the Mountain and the Vale. But this rebellion had after effects as it had left House Brightflame near extinct apart from the newly crowned King and his younger sister, Daella Brightflame, this left Jaehaerys with no heirs but his cousins the Arryns who will hold this title with honour until a son is brought to King Jaehaerys. 11 years have passed since the rebellion was crushed and now King Jaehaerys has grown to become a brilliant sword fighter and an inspiring commander, although he is untested in war his advisers will assist him in any conflict House Brightflame may face. But will Jaehaerys I Brightflame lead the Vale into a new era of greatness or will the Brightflame dynasty end here?

If I need to edit this just shoot me a PM with what to change, I left out Lord of Winterfell, Faction Leader 1, Night Fighter 1 and Loyalty Starter 1 because they're going to everyone right?
I would also like a princess aged 17, named Lyra Karstark, as long as she's not barren or ugly and will give me children I don't care for her traits/portrait.
House Warg- They derive their name from an ancient word for Wolf, one that the firstmen used, the house’s origins have been lost in time but legend has it that they led the first of the Firstmen across to Westeros and the Sire of this house was a restless adventurer who traveled as far north as the spot where Winterfell sits today and it was in this spot that he was lost and caught in a Blizzard, trapped and freezing to death and he heard the howl of a wolf, wanting to die from a fight rather than a freeze he howled back until the wolf came over to investigate, upon seeing said wolf, Tohhren the Traveler (the name he was given if not the name he was born with.) Realizing he could not kill this wolf with brute strength, for it was a Direwolf and it was larger than the horse he had ridden up until a few days ago when he had been forced to kill and eat it, so Tohhren decided to play dead and strike when the wolf went to eat the last of his food, Tohhren sliced open the wolf’s belly Tohhren then crawled inside the wolf for warmth and fell asleep, certain he would never see the morning. As legend has it the rest of his party finally caught up with him a full day later only to arrive just as he was waking up and crawling out of the wolf, the men were so frightened of this man that was seemingly just a giant wolf that they promptly dropped their stuff and ran off into the cold, some making it back to civilisation and spreading the tale far and wide, others stayed and heard Tohhren out, creating a small town at the edge of the Wolfswood and following their leader, the man who was a wolf (a Warg) this settlement eventually grew into the beginnings of Winterfell and they created a mighty kingdom in the North, marrying into house Stark for they have the blood of the wolf and were once a mighty house of their own, now they are a respected vassal to the Wargs of Winterfell.
House Warg’s words are: The Wolf Within. Crest:

Biography: For thousands of years the Iron Islands were cought in small battles between petty kings from houses like Greyiron and Hoare without archieving anything but hurting their own people. That all changed a few years ago when a big fleet arrived from the west, carrying unknown banners of the black shark on the field of red. Nobody knew who were those men nor where did they come from since western sees very vast and unexplored but there wasn’t enough time for thinking as the newcomers soon showed their true colours. Led by an old warrior of unrelenting power and ambitions Hwarlton Searing they immediately attacked anyone on their way, their huge longships blocked all important ports and sank many ships before there were any challenging response from the other side. As petty kings managed to unite, they led counterattacks against invaders, hundreds of battles were fought on high seas and on barren hard rocks but still nobody knew who were Searing and his men, not to mention his attentions. The oldest folk began to speak of an old house with the same sigil that suddenly dissapeared from Iron Isles, leaving all their castles and lands empty, but nobody was certain if there is any truth in this tales. What was certain is that the invaders are terrible foes, fighting like berserkers with their axes both on sees and lands and although there were many similarities between them and the Ironmen, they were also many differences. They didn’t worship the Drowned God but something called the Wrath of the Deep in a form of a big sharp, they prefer conquer over raiding and most importantly their ships seems to much bigger, faster and stronger then those of the Ironborn. Ships were of wood dark as night but this is not all. Their leader was sort of magician to the common folk, saying he is wielding a terrible axe which allows him to control the seas and its monsters.
Battles were raging for nearly a decade, both sides received huge losses but at the end Searings won and all houses bent their knees to new rulers. Hwarlton soon died because of an old age but his eldest son Starlton was of the same blood and spirit and he quickly took over his father seat in the Pyke, only to find out that they have lost much of their power in this long struggle and they are only a shadow of their former glory. Since his ambitions didn’t falter, he decided to rebuild the strenght of the Iron Isles and then continue with conquest. Iron Isles may be conquered, but a huge unknown country of Westeros lies ahead and its shores would serve as a great staging point for future conquest. However Starlton isn’t his father and despite all his victories people doesn’t worship him the same way so there is a hard work ahead of him if he wants to success. And then there are his younger brothers who may council him wisely, but he is still careful around them, never gives them too much power so they wouldn’t overthrown him.

Copied and pasted from dynastic struggle, but here is my character and his backstory:
Lord Harlton II (the Usurper), Lord Regent of the Kingdom of Rivers and Hills
Faction : Mudd
Character Age : 26
Location : Just outside Oldstones
Harlton the Usurper, or as he is sometimes whispered Harlton the Bastard, was born as the son of the bastard of the Lord of Riverrun, making him the current lord's grandson. His father had been sent to take the Black but had betrayed his oath, 'married' a wildling woman and set himself up as King-Beyond-the-Wall before a Great Ranging of the Night's Watch cast him down from his self made crown. Such royal prententions stayed with his son who was brought back south and fostered with the Darry's of Darry Keep for the Lord of Riverrun lacked any legitimate heirs.
Yet aside from that of the Tully's he is of a much older heritage and his namesake was the infamous Harlton. He too usurped the King of River and Hills and then became the King of the entire Riverlands by defeating the Bracken and Blackwood petty kings and assuming control over them. Furthermore he expanded into the north by capturing the castle of Flint's Finger and to the west by taking the lands of Ashmark and Golden Tooth from the Lannisters.
He earned his spurs fighting with the Darry's against the Andal kings of Storm's End and against the Arryn's of the Vale as well. Following a witnessing of his prowess he was appointed as Castellan of Oldstones by King Tristifer IV, the Hammer of Justice. A such he was on hand to witness the decline of the Kingdom of Rivers and Hills following the old king's death. Soon the Firstmen nobility grew tired of the incompetence of Tristifer V. Recognising the danger and judging the time to be correct Harlton lead a coup d'etat, capturing the king and imprisoning him deep within the dungeons at Oldstones.
Following his seizing of power, he immediately legitimised himself as the heir of House Tully, his grandfather acceeding and set about mustering the realm for war against both the invaders and the rebels lords to the south. A man of deceptively short stature, Harlton is fierce, calculating and coldly ruthless. His enemies whisper acts of barbarity he commits, his viciousness. The question must be how long the Riverlords will stay loyal to this usurper when their lawful king remains alive and imprisoned. All it could take would be a couple of defeats and they might turn on him and engulf the Riverlands in civil war at a time when unity is most needed.
Ancillaries:
Ambitious lording - 2 movement points, 5 tax
Castellan of Oldstones - 10 tax collection, training units 2
Traits:
Driven - 4 movement points, 1 Law
Drillmaster - 3 movement points, -1 morale

That is Harlton the Usurper (Mark II). I have given a glimpse of his glorious ancestor, Harlton I (Mark I), but more will come in the form of tales told down through the generations (Just as soon as they happen in You Cannot Fight Fate!)
The Lady Iseult Rivers
The twin sister of Harlton, she is the very reason for his existence. Whole houses have been wiped out because one of their sons offered her an insult. Most infamously House Fisher whose eldest son declared that as she was a 'mere' bastard then she should be honoured to serve him as a 'low born whore' in the middle of a feast which the family was hosting the Rivers at. None of that house survived the night.
