Orders are given to take up defensive positions.

The English archers quickly take their position behind a low wall protecting them from enemy projectiles...

As the attack was launched it was easy to see what is the longbow's advantage.

But the Enemy's army seemed to have no end

Which didn't help them for the defending force knew how to use the battlefield for their advantage

After a short struggle the attacking general fell

And the defenders started pushing forward.

    A chaotic battle had begun...

The French () couldn't take it for long and fled...

It's a peaceful morning near a small fortress at the coast of the holy land,

which is disturbed by the noise of an approaching crusading army.

Of course the defending force takes positions as soon as they saw their foe approaching.

And then it began...the crusaders approached the seemingly empty castle...a deadly mistake.

Most of them died trying to get away from the fortress again.

And the crusaders startet an attack.

They even found a small narrow pass allowing them to attack the castle from behind.

But the rear of that fortress was also well protected.

In the meantime the battle raged on.

And the unit that has been sent to explore the passage was stopped.

The cavalry looking for them had many difficulties not falling off the cliffs and was then ordered to reinforce the main army.

    But they were slaughtered.

Not even the general got away.

It has not been long since Constantinople has fallen...and the Wallachian Vlad III has allied with the Hungarians to fight of the approaching Turks.

In a dark June night he moved all his troops up to his castle in the transsylvanian mountains.

But when he saw the size of the approaching enemy, he decided to use the landscape in front of the castle for his advantage and sent a few units as a decoy.

He himself was leading the main charge.

A brutal battle was about to begin.

As the turkish flanks got attacked most of them were killed before even knowing what was going on.

It seemed like there was no end of both forces.

    And the butchery went on.

When the Turks saw that their chances for victory were fading away, they ordered an archer to shoot a note into the room of Vlad's wife...with a message saying that he has fallen.

Reading this she couldn't go on living anymore and jumped out the window into the cold waters of the river. When Vlad received the news about the death of his wife, he stopped fighting. He just stood there and said nothing while around him the battle was raging on. With all the blood on his face it looked like he was crying blood.

After the soldiers had also received the news they went blooddrunk...they didn't care for their own wounds anymore, they didn't care for anything...

They just slaughtered every turkish soldier...
