    Default Food surplus does not seem to work

    im playing as the Saxons, and iv noticed iv got 135 food and im getting food shortages in some area's.

    Granted that the eara was not connected directly to my territory though it really should not matter, did not matter in the least game.

    That just means that you have an overall food surplus, you need to balance every region out so they all produce enough food to sustain themselves.

    It does matter, because it's not the same game as Rome 2

    You have to deal with every Region separately. Or you free the region from taxes. It's not like in Rome2...
