Icon5 HELP. How to add new Vegetation and Sky in a Mod Folder.

Greetings everyone. Its 2015 and im still working on a mod for Rome 1. Lol.
I need help. How do i add new Skydome in a mod folder?

I downloaded the latest Vegetation Mod v3.1.1. But i think it was made just for the root files of Vanilla RTW. So, i installed that mod on my_mod folder, looks like everything is fine, except the sky/clouds, it doesn't change anything... it only changes when i replace the root RTW sky/cloud textures (which i dont want to).

Anyone knows how to do it? or at least a forum tutorial?

    Thanks.

Generally overwriting what is in your /data folder (not /mod/data folder) is the way to do it. Remember to backup your originals.

The thing is, i dont want to overwrite people's originals. :p
Ive seen mods were they change the sky/clouds in their mods without changing the original, but i dont know how they did it. I cant even find any text file that directs the Sky/clouds textures.

As it only references the /data folder, its what you have to do, all mods i have seen using a custom sky, write to data folder, not mod-foldered.
    For eg this mod.
