Don't know if I'm the only one with this problem but when I change the diplomatic relationship of any faction from vassal/master to anything else nothing seems to have happend in the campaign.
The faction isn't listed as satrapy anymore but it's still unable to engage in any diplomacy exept for trade agreements.

SaveParser does not work with "The Last Roman". Working on it.
Workaround:
Edit in the SaveParser.ini the entry" useXMLPackDataFiles = false" to "true". Download the NoGameDataPack.zip is needed.

Hi Thanks for this great tool. Do you have a link for the 'NoGameDataPack.zip?'
http://sourceforge.net/projects/save...k.zip/download
Caution: this are data files before "The Last Roman".
-> The option "culture and order specific" in the Character Editor dialog will not work.
Other things seems to work.
