If only it unlocked them all for campaign, and by them, I mean Gwynedd so that I can live out my dream of conquering England with Welsh boots or shoes or....whatever they wore on their feet at this point in time.

Which of the combat mods does most to nerf archers? In particular the AI seems to be able to hit my men in melee by firing over the top of their own troops, but mine are forever 'obstructed'. At the very least is there some way of stopping that particular AI cheat?

I'd like to fight and watch melee battles instead of micro managing light cavalry all the time.

Hello, I aam realy new to atilla and fairly confused with the amount of small mods/sumbods. It's so hard to find what you need so I hope to get some answer here.
I want to play as one of the desert empires(Aksum or their Arch enemy). Which mods would you suggest that improve their roster/any other aspect, or the rosters of sassanids and other closest enemies.
Also I would realy enjoy some combat mod to provide more realism and more balanced diplomacy(if that's possible at all).
So :
- mod for desert empires
- combat mod to provide realism
- diplomacy mod/other quality game improvement

Will do, in the evening when I get back home.. Playing as the duchy of croatia, took all of the avar homelands, and started expanding into bavaria and bohemia

Is there a mod that lets you play as all of Justinian's empire instead of Belisarius' expedition? I already know about the submod Restitutor Imperii for Radious, but I don't use the Radious mod, I'm more of a FOTE guy.

here you go... playing on my laptop + monitor and for some reason when i do printscreen it just comes out black.. so i took a photo. Im 53 turns in at the moment

First thing you should do immedietly is to use Darker AGe mod, which replaces all shiny armors to realistic grim colours =)

Also, update to my previous requiest : It seems that radious mod includes alot of changes which overlaps with many other sumbomds, and I'll probably use it.

Found this while checking the workshop, there is a non-steam link in the description on that page. Looks like it's only in beta and there are a few things missing.

Britain is least interesant country for me , but well still better than nothing THX good job man ^^
