I have just downloaded double garrison, 12 TPY, 12TPY climate change and slower armies, I will be trying them out tonight and will let you know if they work.

12 TPY, Less Climate Change, Colonisation and Double Garrisons all work for me.
Slow armies did not.

I wish the two mods with slower campaign movement could be updated. It's great to have them together with a 12 tpy mod.
