    i changed:
    CAI_TMS_TASK_GENERATOR_ATTACK_REGIONS_NEIGHBOURNIG_OWN_REGIONS_ABANDONED and




    CAI_TMS_TASK_GENERATOR_ATTACK_PROVINCES_NEIGHBOURNIG_OWN_REGIONS_ABANDONED
    to a high value



    and




    occupation_decision_colonise

    to a high value

    now it's colonising like hell !


    i'm testing since yesterday very much, with fog of war removed @ a WRE game, by only ending turn and watching the AI doing its thing


    i changed much @ this mod and a little bit @ radious mod


    ai is only sacking @ a 10-20 % rate, although it is enabled for all factions


    i'm currently experimenting how to get the ai more defending its settlements and completing its provinces
    key for this is in the "cai_task_management_system_task_generator_groups_generators_junctions_tables"

    so far i've seen the huns besieging constantinople and mediolanum in the first 15 rounds and many more things - it's funny to play with the ai variables and what it does then

    okay i see another problem:

    once u turn sacking priority to 0, the migrating/horde factions don't know what to do
    but the other factions are fine

    and if u turn it to 1 the other factions do sacking then all the time once again, but the hordes are working fine then o.O

    it's like the herald said, the ai ignores some db settings

    very strange and seems to be going deeper/hardcoded

    but at least u can activate sacking then again, if u turn the priorities to 0 and raise loot/occupy/vassal
    and the ai does mostly looting then, instead of pure occupying, maybe they are coded to only go for the money

    Well the Attila game itself not fully working like its was intended ,and i also afraid next update may render the tweak effect into useless, but so far your fix may be the good solution even the problem is not completely solved but its better then nothing.

    Hmm enable sack, not bad idea, can you upload your latest change work so we can see it , i want to study it more if you dont mind, just part the tweak you change , more easy to look and compare. Glad if you can share it

    so here it is, Radious compatible version with sacking enabled and the ai not using it!

    migrators like alans and visigoth settled down after 3-5 rounds in my wre test games

    u can even activate raze for everyone as the ai will firstly recolonize burned down settlements, then do anything else, it's great how they actively colonize across the map, faster then u can look


    hope u can use and download the file, otherwise i will upload it on another server or give u purely modified of ur own file, as this is a stronger modified version of ur own file

    i'm playing with bacai, radious and a tuskmod version, all modified

    Since AI and siege is FUBAR I understand that one of your "workaround" is to allow building onagers without the building requirements.
    But this doesn't seems to work in my campaign. Running Radious with your easy pack.

    Only mod before BACAI is Imperial Aeconomics. Is this a conflict with IE you think?

    Have you look on folder notice there is 2 folder , using artilery and without artillery, anyways i think i still not update radious version yet , i think he was one version latest then mine. Probably update it when i have free time.

    My bad. When reading the readme file in these folder I just thought the difference was the longer distance the artilery could shoot.

    what db table provide the ai units recruitment.....i get stacks full of missile and dogs units really often maybe the AI buys them because they're so cheap

    No, the AI should not recruit stack full of missile and dogs, unless that was the only things they can recruit, the AI use the same logic for army composition in campaign map similiar to custom battle. Try use costom battle pick the faction and generate random army, notice the composition.

    Guess I'll try setting colonise to -999 or something in future, although I was incorrect for the most part, the Hun will still sit in razed areas most of the time. Still hoping the next patch fixes the Huns because they are utterly broken as it currently stands, seems most players sally out to fight them so they don't seem to notice that they rarely siege or invade

    Kinda funny in both Rome 2 and Attila the protagonist factions are terrible when not controlled by the player. You'd think CA would give them some proper attention.

    Excellent find on the fertility changes the huns AI issue! I had been using the fertility+1 mod and may turn it off.

    The ai is one of the best in tw-games i've seen so far. Thank you for the mod. :-)

    The ai always gets the bonuses per difficulty Level like in vanilla, right? So you get the malus on public order and so on and the ai gets additional money+the tweaks made by the mod?
    Which combination of campaign difficulty and better cai fits best in your experience?
    I've tried very hard and normal campaign ai.
    Anyone tried normal campaign Settings and normal campaign ai and regognized significant changes (maybe in diplomacy)?

    Yep, more or less like you described above.

    Hard to say mine, is normal bacai + normal - hard in game campaign difficulty setting

    Anyone tried normal campaign Settings and normal campaign ai and regognized significant changes (maybe in diplomacy)?
    In theory the more money AI have the more they eager to wage "war".Its also related with ingame campaign difficulty setting. However using very hard may affect on diplomacy since the AI have more money then usual so they gonna refuse Player offer and try to box it outside diplomacy power.

    The mod still not updated yet, will try update it when i have extra time. Probably adding FOTE support

    I will work it tonight, also plan to update radious version as well, and perhaps added other hosted mod support . I see what i can do , be patient
