    Default Dictator's Mods (7 mods)

    Mods are save-game compatible.

    If anyone wants to use any of my mods in their own, please do contact me beforehand.





    -Camera Height Adjustment


    Increases the high and low limiter on the camera allowing you to zoom out higher and zoom in lower.

    -More Civilians

    Increases the amount of civilians in the battlemap, to create a more atmospheric and busier time, and slashing down innocent civilians with blood thirsty Saxons is also a bonus.

    (Most likely due to the sales on at the market)

    Original numbers were:
    Large town: 75
    Medium: 33
    Small: 15

    Removes the settlement icons in the campaign fog of war, also removes tower and capture point icons in siege battles.

    No already researched technology

    If you've played a few faction especially the WRE and ERE you will have noticed around 4-6 already researched technologies, well this mod removes all researched technologies allowing for a classic style tech tree instead of the legacy style.

    Adds 11 more playable campaign factions,

    To select the Sclaveni faction you will need to click the faction icon just sticking out of the faction character, View in the images to see what I mean

    Dictator's reduced campaign effects

    Removes campaign clouds, godrays, selection effects and reduces trade ship spawn times. For example selecting units or settlements wont show the selection effects.

    Fantastic work, my friend. Nice touch with the civilians. I will be playing around with their numbers in my Overhaul as well. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread as it seems you'll be adding those little touches that will add to the immersion of Attila. Keep it up

    great job. I would like to request x5 more instead of the 10 just feel like most people would run sense there is a battle being fought

    hmm, maybe change so more fight, i'm worried this will effect performance to much maybe lower it to x5 like the person above said? maybe even lower to like x2 or x3

    The original highest amount was 75 civilians which are in large towns. Personally I've not seen a major performance impact.

    As I said before, the original highest amount was only 75. If you could handle that with ease you could easily handle more.

    Best thing to do is try around 120 mark, or even 140. Then see if you can afford to go up or if needed go down to 100.

    I think its merged with the 200 civilians, tried it and i could zoom all the way to "underground"

    My bad, I had the wrong link for the camera mod, its in none of the civilian mods.


    OP Update:
    Fixed camera mod link, has the correct link for the mod now.

    Try now, something went wrong with the pack. It had the original values

    As you can probably tell I'm new to releasing mods so errors will appear

    For everyone crying about performance loss. 240 civilians is about the same as 240 unit running about, so it doesn't affect performance much. Good mod, great job ++++
