    Default Ammo Replenishment Mod



    Ammunition Replenishment Mod



    This mod adds the ability to all land missile (bow, skirmisher, sling, crossbow) units to be able to replenish ammunition during battle

    To replenish the units ammo, move the unit out and away from combat and use the ability 'replenish ammunition'

    This will stop the unit from being able to move for 60 seconds to simulate the restocking of ammunition and after which the units available ammunition will increase.

    Non javelin ammo : +10 per ability use

    Javelin ammo : +2 per ability use

    Artillery Ammo : +2 per ability use (them stones are heavy)

    Does the AI utilize this properly? If not it would give the player quite the unfair advantage.
    People that are really very weird can get into sensitive positions and have a tremendous impact on history.

    no idea, test it out and let me know.

    if not then i can boost the ai ammo to compensate

    Still, the mod functions great with a mod that slows down combat, great work

    Wrong link, goes to all factions mod. Link in your mod compilation page is right though.

    Did testing in skirmish battles, and the AI seems to be unable to activate this.

    Do you put the file inside Data folder for mod to work or where ?

    Didn't work on my garrison sagitarii as WRE either. I also use your double garrison mod, if that may help.

    I was raiding as the Geats, and after landing with my troops to take the city, the archers were no longer able to reload. They did it on their boats fine, but once they were on solid ground the ability button stayed dim and a hovertext said that it only worked on boats. Would you be able to add it to the various boat-archer's land unit?

    Naval units cant reload off their boats.

    This is to simulate going back behind the lines to get more ammo. A naval unit would have to go back to their boat which is pretty unlikely to happen in the middle of a battle unless retreating.

    The update of this after the patch will include this ability for artillery

    This mod is kind of overpowered, it should be limited to be used a few times because with crossbowmen or archers as ERE you can absolutely butt rape the enemy in defensive maps. I had 3 crossbowmen, 3 archers & 3 javelin men as well as about 5 infantry vs 3 full stacks of decked out sassanid units with siege and the enemy lost all their siege trying to assault me because of the endless fire arrows.
