Huge LAG on RTW v 1.3

As title says on the campaign map I experience huge lag.
Mouse moves VERYY Slowly game very non responsive...
Have 12gb ram 3ghz cpu gtx970m nvidia
Graphics on low ;(
Run on the nvidia card.

hmm.

Try turning off Anti-Aliasing.

Try updating your graphics card driver.

Try installing the 1.5 patch.

Is this a Laptop? They are not "all" made for gaming...

I install new patch 1.5 and 1.6 for BI.
Still same lag, but the screen looks nicer- better graphics in sea/mountains etc.
Mouse moves slowly, armies move slowly etc.
My drivers are up to date.
Laptop is alienware the big new one m19 or something

This used to work better on my old laptop alienware m11x r2 gt345m, cpu 1.6ghz (i7 quad core) 6gb ram

actually i think its not running on nvidia card, doesnt show on GPU activity...even when i disable onboard intel graphics.
on other games (shadow of mordor, rome2, wow, skyrim) it shows GPU activity

FIXED..............I had the ''power saver'' selected in the battery settings.
I put it to ''balanced'' and it runs very fast now. no lag.
