Sorry Well aware this belongs in technical but need help!!!!

I have tried using both control set options but still does the same thing! If I use any camera buttons on the keyboard (arrows in default or WASD etc is FPS mode) the console window loads up, and it even sometimes does a nice little auto save for me??!! Can anyone help its killing me here. Apologies for posting here, just more people tend to read in here!!!

have you tryied to set the keyboard to US by the control panel (in qindows, not inthe game)?
