Glad you got it working, now I don't have to help everyone.

Just noticed - when exiting I am getting weird symbols instead of tickmark and cross. Looks like your LNT is based on the vanilla version, not the kingdoms one - it requires the vanilla fe_texture1.tga file apparently. First I thought I had the wrong TGA but that wasn't the case.
Didn't I get the lnt from you? I don't remember what I did a long time ago and I have been using this lnt with one map_fe for years now, all I did recently was redo the design, so I don't remember any of that stuff I did to get it working orignally.
I can copy/paste my code into a kingdoms lnt if that needs doing.
I have the vanilla image in my mod folder, but that may be a vanilla TATW file for all I know. I don't have vanilla TATW installed to check. That file has nothing to do with the menu stuff I did and my lnt page code can be easily pasted into any lnt so I did not intentionally choose a vanilla lnt. Possibly I took your coordinates code before this thread even and randomly grabbed the vanilla lnt to make my own.
I have never seen the bug you described in all my years. I haven't bothered releasing this yet so no game testers to use/abuse finding bugs, you are probably the first to test it.

It was fairly common to use only the vanilla LNT file in the beginning and older mods never updated to kingdoms. Most of the symbols in this file don't get used, just those tick mark\cross symbol are prominent on the small 'exit' window.
Hi Gig is possbile to add these 29 factions in display in a mod with Custom Campaigns? I try to add in my mod and the button and option to Custom Campaign disappear

I might have taken care of it for the hot seat page, but I am quite certain I didn't do the custom campaign page. Theoretically quite simple - look for the original symbol lines (symbol48_1 is the first entry) in the mtw2.lnt file until you find a section that has not been extended up to 29 slots.
Bookmark the position\line number and then copy the missing entries from a section where they exist.
<lpage>ImpCam_choose_faction is the start of the standard faction choose page where you should find the full set of symbols in my mtw2.lnt file.
<lpage>PC_choose_faction_M2 should be the page for custom campaigns (PC = provincial campaign)
