    Hell, why not.

The Merchant of Veluca: Calradia is a land of violence and ceaseless war. Rizardo d’Chaeza is a lost man. The death of his father sees him left penniless and the last of his name, pursued by dogged enemies and carelessly cast aside by his mentor. Fleeing from his lifelong home of Veluca, Rizardo seeks to carve himself a new life, by whatever means necessary.
Swords of the Sea: 1066 has come and gone, the Danelaw torn down and a new kingdom built in the image of its Norman rulers. But with time, wounds heal and what is broken can be reforged. The Danes have returned with steel, and seek to reclaim what is theirs.
The Great Expedition: Pax Anglia, one of Earth's great empires, sprawling across the stars. On their newly colonised planet of Nova Sydney, adventure awaits on the savage frontier - Henry Boyce steps forward to lead an expedition to pierce the Bushlands' wild heart.
Winter War: Finland, 1939. The Soviet war machine has begun its indomitable advance from the east. Of all its neighbours, only Finland stands alone in defiance. Conscript Anton Bezrukov prepares for a quick victory, but the reality is far bloodier...

The war has started, and the struggle between Humans and Xelanites has begun! We pick up in the latter stages of the war, where the CORE is conducting a desperate defense in the face of overwhelming Dominion forces. They have developed advanced weaponry in secret, which, if allowed to be produced on a larger scale, could tip the balance against the Dominion and change the course of the war. The Dominion has contracted the help of Tyler Braedan and the crew of the Centurion, in an effort to snuff out a factory producing these weapons. But throughout the mission, secrets will be discovered that could change the fate of everything.

Catch up with Chapter 5 HERE.

    I would like to nominate:

    Mountain Hold by Sir Hawkwood
Dreams of a Spammer by spam500

A few more have caught my eye, but I expect the authors of Dies Irae and Tales of Acamar to enter themselves...

Hitai can't compete since he was last competition's winner (nearly took a double as well) and SK was probably too busy too. The competition will be extended for another month though I might quickly ask SK if he wants to enter which would tip it over.

Also, did you get the author's permission too enter.

Edit; Because of a lack of entries this will be extended for another month.

Considering we only need one more entry it shouldn't (touch wood)

Ok guys, this is a bit late but in case you were unaware, there is a new rule in which if a competition has less than five submissions but more than three it will go up for vote with reduced awards. I've put up the vote thread now so go over there and vote. And please no tie breakers
