Recruitment issue please help

First off Ive been playing this mod for a few years and I love it!!! I recently started a new campaign as Courland and ran into an issue when I expanded into the Americas. Under the recruitment tab there is no cavalry(regiment of horse) available in any city, this is very annoying and game breaking. I understand the mod author has probably abandoned this mod but I am willing to fix this myself if someone could give me some help. I already have DBEditor and editSF but I cant locate the files I need to edit. Please help and thanks in advance.

Playing as Courland sounds like a real challenge.
