Speed of the game?

Anyone else think in the demo the battle moves so fast that you cant really think of a strat.. in the one where the French keep charging you.. each wave dies in about 10 seconds.. and the death animations are so quick that i cant even see them.. Doesn't look anything like the animations in the videos on some websites. I zoom down too look at the death animations and its too fast.. I hope in the main game it is about 90% slower then it is now.. Or else a battle of a few units would be over before it starts..

Which demo are you playing? The se or gold version? As in the Gold version battles last for ages, with Agincourt generally turning into a prolonged melee fight in the middle.

I just got it when it first came out.. i thought i got the gold version guess not.. no wonder i thought it was kinda crappy lol..
