I don't think Windows 10 is supported yet. Maybe you should try on Windows 7.

In addition, the mod comes with its own installer. I don't think it's necessary to use (or that it works with) a mod manager.

How did you get windows 10 already?!

HannibalSmith is probly right, not sure what changes were made with windows 10 but im pretty sure its too new to work with TGW.
