Problem with strategy map banners

I added my symbol in the blank spot of the symbol6.tga.dds and changed the standard_index to 23 in the desc_sm_faction.

What am I doing wrong?




For test purposes I moved my symbol to the spot of the Timurids and changed the standard_index to 22. Still the Timurids logo shows up.
Next I deleted all symbol6.tga's from all folders (mod and vanilla) and...you guessed it the Timurids logo is still there. Where is it even loading that from?

Have you checked the Alpha channels of symbol6.tga.dds ?

Solved! I saved my stuff as .dds yet for some reason it only loads files saved as .tga's from the mod-folders.
