ok, at moment reworking cavalry helmet then i will work on DEI version so no new legions for a while
closed the cheek guards and adjusted it closer to the face. added trim, although hard to see with graininess of picture. cruciform adjusted. visor attachment expanded. just working on spec and gloss maps

I would really like to make this unit, but the texture would be to detailed for me to do accurately. I can make the model for it but need a good artist to do it justice. If not I will probably make a knockoff version for my Imperial legate.

Thank you my friend I was looking into latin names and thought of a realistic name Legio VI Ferra Lupina (Ferra meaning as hard as iron untiring and Lupina Wolflike) with the shield and colours of your choice. Or the Legio XXI Rapax wich is a real one

It is fine on steam I can see the video from there but I cant see it on the front page here in TWC you need to use the youtube tag but I dont know how to use it here.

The armor look very nice, but IMO, the helmet isn't really good, I have a replica of it, the wolf on the forehead haven't so much relief, the cheekplates and the crest support are black and the bronze color is darker, a little picture of my maximus helmet to show you:
