The rifle units having high defense is suppose to make the battles longer though no? With low defense, even at range, they can die fast from other rifle units. This is for the longer battle versions you have, not the original.

did this submod make AI recruit some bad arse ship in the sengoku campaign? i downloaded the file and imported some of the file like CAI behaviour to my private mod compilations and i see that in FOTS they recruit ships like wooden frigate and good ships a lot, but never see a full stack navy, maximum i saw are 6 ships in a stack
UPDATE: Factions will make larger navies,factions will make more armies, better regional defense,better regional development, better tech research, larger trade zones, a bit more aggressive Ai. All versions updated. Feedback is helpful. Have fun.
Any chance you could make this mod for the morning sun mod? I believe they are using Darthmod as a base so it should be quite easy.

If i download the file from the first post, does it cover all that is spread between other posts?
How are the client states here? Do the allies tend to declare war on your client states? Can it be fixed somehow?

Tyiallyradil- The first file is the basic one. All the other have there own flavor. I recommend post #15 LONGER LASTING BATTLES. The Client State thing-test and see and report back. Play on Hard campaign difficulty.

I just tested a custom battle and I would have a big request.
As I really love the new and unlocked vanilla units of aum sho (http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...pdated-13-2-15)
And would love to use that as well. However as you changed the basic units' defenses, these new and unlocked aum sho units still have their low values and not worth to train them at all. (tested katana samurai vs tachi samurai, more than half of katana samurai 24? defense remained and shattered the tachi samurai 6? defense)
Could you change these units' value to match your mod's other units' values? I would be really grateful

Sir use the Pack File Manager and change the unit values in the aum sho mod to whatever you want. very easy to do

Hello Bran Mac. Started using this mod today; been loving so far. One only problem though: after I installed it, the bodies on the battleground started to dissapear over time, is that normal. I merged some unit pack mods with the darthmod pack so to have no problems with the unit's sound.
Also, I'm gonna use the pack manager to edit the values of the modded units so to achieve balance. What margin you used for the vanilla units?

Tried the half bonuses for AI and it seems the unit's upkeep is messed up. Each faction I use has different upkeep for the same units. Started out as the hattori and my Yari samurai had a upkeep os 230, as with the tokugawa the same unit had the upkeep of 130 or something. As the Hattori, such high upkeep destroy the experience as I, in the beggining of the game was making meagre 200 koku per turn.
Actually, I just noticed that in the lower AI bonus version, my sources of income were lowered (playing as the Hattori), the upkeep is the same. Which tables should I change as to modify the base source of income for the Hattori?
gab- unit balance- raise armor points by 2 and 3 for all infantry, raise all melee defense 15-20 points for all infantry. All spear units get guard mode and all swords get hide in long grass, all units gets get hide medium woods. Lower all upkeep by 40-50%. Look in campaign difficulty and campaign variables for changing income.
