@ MCBride my settings are pretty much maxed out but with SSAO disabled in game as well as vegetation alpha and DOF off I think. Maxed out also in nvidia control panel including additional options. I have tweaked the preferences.cfg and OC'd my GPU and CPU, saved the game to always run at high priority with maximum power settings, also using razor game booster. For the DSR I run two setting below the maximum 4k, where the text is just about readable, i got used to it fairly quickly and now prefer it. I run a load of mods including enhanced particles insane edition and all the other popular graphical mods, my main mod is Radious.
FPS not entirely sure (waiting on 1.0.8 for inbuilt FPS counter) but runs very smooth on battlemap and in all but the largest battles (this is more of CPU issue for me running on a FX8350) sucks how the engine is not optimised for multicores and it seems it will be just the same for Atilla.

Dang, that didn't seem to work.
Got to be a blur setting running there somewhere, try using some of the presets available on this thread instead.
The screenshots I've included in my previous posts were actually taken from a GEM preset downloaded directly from this thread (I don't recall specifically which one), and after downloading another one, the blur was still there. Are there any options that could affect the blur but possibly called something else? Because I've disabled every option I could find with the word in it, but the problem persists.
It is now possible to add GEMFX presets to the SweetFX Settings DB due to requests by ambitious GW fans The terminology across the board is not used 100% correctly (making GEMFX a subset of SweeFX) but that's just neat picking and rather unimportant for such a nice new feature.
Reaperofthegrim, can you upload screen shots please of your settings in gem (inc subsettings tabs), nvidia control panel (all settings) and nvidia inspector please and i'll have a look.

I've finally created something that I like. I wasn't a fan of the blur and I just wanted a higher contrast and vibrance between the colors. I didn't like the washed out red from the original engine.
I'm not sure how to put the picture in the preview box so I apologize for that.
