    Divide et Impera UI Overhaul for 1.0

    Introduction
    Thanks to the tireless efforts of our UI team, we have many new UI elements for 1.0 that will provide a unique look for Divide et Impera. A huge thanks to the team for their work, I think it truly brings the mod together. Below is the preview featuring examples of some of the new elements for 1.0.

    *Some of the following is still a work in progress and may change before our actual release.

    Eygpt and Carthage UI's are very creative, good show!
    The rest are fairly bland, but as long as it all functions then right on.

    The Celtic UI is amazing, as are the rest, but the Celtic one is really the best imo.

    In-game the UIs are really transformative for the mod. They give you a feel of playing a different culture with each campaign option. Obviously I am biased

    After a long and hard testing campaign with Scythia I can say that the UI really give you that last bit that makes everything feel complete. Not just some dull UI but a UI that makes you feel and breathe the faction you have chosen. Awesome work

    It looks amazing! Very good work guys!

    The Nomadic, Iberian and African/Arabia UI look very similar. African/Arabian maybe some sand dunes..? Nomadic - tents, horses..

    They are all awesome, they really are. But, aren't Iberian, Nomadic and African just recolors of the same texture? For Iberian and African they might be right, althought I'm thinking that for African something more mud-like / clay-like / sand-like might be better, and for Nomadic something like suras333 said.

    In game there are various distinctions not pictured. Also you have to remember that you will be playing one faction for an extended period rather than comparing all of the ui elements on a website.

    Yes, those pictures are beautiful views. This is done carefully and to tactfully.
    Show icons with military - naval ships please. and maybe you add still some elements of ancient frescoes in the loading screens instead of modern of paintings

    I absolutely adore this - it's amazing how relatively simple changes can improve the feel of the whole game. This will certainly go some way to improving the faceless feeling of vanilla Rome II.

    In addition, I noticed in the current version of the game you opted to keep the green loading bar instead of the new emperor edition one. I was wondering if you'll be doing the same with this new version?

    It's because of some old layout files inside the DeI pack, it's just a matter of replacing them After we finish cards and (maybe) new building icons we'll back to the main interface.

    Wow. Double wow for the presence of cultural different UI. Loving the Celtic and eastern one!
    Disclaimer: the post above is way way prealpha, the final version will be way better than this.
