    Default Removing garrison script?

    Where can I go edit this? It's extremely frustrating when playing as Bulgaria, not only do you not have enough income to sustain you, but Byzantium usually decides to attack, and you are forced to take their cities, which have magical garrisons that appear out of nowhere (while my capital gets nothing when under attack). Where can I remove this script? I don't want surprise troops coming out of nowhere.

    Well no, I was under the impression that there were different locations for different mods. Guess I was wrong. Thanks though.
