Editing the 'Drill Set' of land units

I noticed the 'Drill Set' column in the unit_stats_land table. Possible entries seem to be:-

drill_set_artillery
drill_set_cavalry
drill_set_infantry_grenadiers
drill_set_infantry_light
drill_set_infantry_line
drill_set_infantry_melee
drill_set_infantry_mob

I'm wondering whether changing the Drill Set value (e.g. from drill_set_infantry_mob to drill_set_infantry_light, when tweaking the Provincial Militia unit to make it more similar to Minutemen) will make a difference - and, if so, what the difference will be. Does anyone know?

if you want to simply make units act like the US minute men, then just chance the "Can skirmish" on for said unit and they will the fire like minute men do, all a once. there might be a more clean way of doing it, but it works, and i have done it my self for militias
