Noticed an interesting thing about real recruitment features in SS6.3
Is that if real recruitment is turned off, then knights and associated units cant be recruited for catholic factions :O I turned off real recruitment and in my sicilian campaign, i could not locate the appropriate building for the construction of miles or siculo-norman knights, but with it turned on, i was able to get them recruited from castles and fortresses respectively. Otherwise, i am forced to rely upon mounted sergeants and men at arms for cavalry for the entire duration of the game. I wonder if this was done to entice players to turn on real recruitment(after all, being able to recruit 1 unit of miles every 10 turns is better than not being able to recruit them at all, isnt it?)....has anybody else noticed this feature? Thanks
