Default Map ofPolitical Spheres of Europe 1938

I have created this map and first will mention that this is my intulectual property and reuse or modification is at the discretion of me. Each colour on the map represents a different political sphere, these do not nesicarrily represent official relations but more political leaniencies at the time. I am willing to explain any in further detail.

Polish Commonwealth should be Republic of Poland. Colouring it the same as France and Czechoslavakia suggests it is in accord with them, whereas in fact Poland was a wildcard and turned on the Czechs for a slice of territory in 1938. Yugoslavia was also a member of the "Little Entente" that only collapsed in late september 1938 after the Munich Agreement.

Spanish state should be the Kingdom of Spain, unless you mean the Republican area (they still held much of SE Spain during 1938). Spain followed a fairly independent course, refusing to join Germany in 1942, so it probably shares the outloook of Portugal most closely.

The Austrian State is without doubt not in the sphere of Italy. In 1938 it underwent the anchluss, bringing it not only into the German sphere of influence but into the German state.

You've left out a number of minor states and free cities such as Monaco and Danzig.
