Here, enterprising merchants can sell their resources from mines, land, animals an trade. They can set up blacksmiths, sculptors, tanneries, etc. You will need the correct resources to sell your merchandise. Plebeians can barter with other plebs for materials they need or they can sell to other Romans for raw or finished goods. The Senate will send the Quaestor to purchase materials when they are needed for a public building.
