Nono, that's the Icelandics. You're right about all of those except the woods part, they moved from the woods of Norway to the promised land in the West.

The razing option is bloody awful though. How am I, poor Frankish king who can't find a wife and has a bunch of bastard kids, supposed to expand my glorious kingdom, loyal ally and protector of the Roman Empire, when all land around me is razed?

Want to jokingly curse you out but I know mods would remove it. It's been way below freezing the past couple weeks except for one day where we got 6 inches of snow. We haven't not had snow on the ground for about a month and a half. Oh and tomorrow is going to be 0 degrees..... Fahrenheit.

I think I'm in love with the huscarl unit for the Jutes. Got 1000 kills with one during a siege against the Romans and it still had 66 men left. And the daneaxe animations are so arwsomz.
