RTR not starting anymore

Hi there,

I installed RTR a couple of weeks ago, worked perfectly fine. BI Patch 1.6 is installed and runs perfectly too.
Today i did some modifications in the descr_strat. I can launch the game but when starting a new campaign or loading a old game and proceeding to the next turn it crashes, telling me i should install patch 1.6.

Has anyone else this problem and how can i solve it?

Any time to edit files you should make a back up. I would advise a fresh install if you still haven't fixed the issue.

Check the modification you made in the descr_strat, the issue is there, probably a building that should'nt be in a settlement (watch for building allowances regarding city level and such whenever you do a modification). Also remember that there can never be more than 20 units in a stack (general included).
And yes, always backup files before editing.
