Was going to post this over in the Shogun 2 forum but I suppose it's more appropriate here.
I was wondering if someone could suggest any fixes to a couple of issues I've been having. My specs are as follows:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz
AMD Radeon 7870 2GB
2X4GB RAM
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
I was planning on buying Shogun 2 while it's on sale on Steam but the graphics it is showing me in the demo don't look too great. I was under the impression my PC should be able to run this game fine. The CPU/GPU fan (think it's the latter) is also making a lot of noise in battle and on the (tutorial) campaign map. ...leading me to believe there is some wider issue here. Any ideas? AMD Catalyst Control seems to be update along with my drivers. I'm stumped.
