Official box art by Polish artist Lacedemon (Mariusz Kozik). He made Rome II box art and some loading screens (Hannibal at the Gates, Blood & Gore), too.

Why are they using Persian Art from the 5th Century BC?

Yes, but if you compare it to English site arts you will see similar style. And these are from Official Turkis Total War sit, not fan page.
I think that CA use it because Sassanians used Achemenids legacy.

I think red colors (like a box) look better than blue ones.

    That Hunnic equipment is godawful...

Desperta Ferro has a good represenation of a Hun and an Amal Goth (These are public domain images by the way):

The Alan horseman in this one sucks, but the Hun isn't bad, other than the Roman Securis he holds:

By the way, Attila is based off of Rory Mccan's depiction of him from the Heroes and Villans miniseries, obviously.

Moderation note - This thread is for people to post any screenshots or videos of Total War: Attila. Whether they be official CA screenshots and videos, or fan pictures and videos once the game is released. In addition scans of any kind (from articles you have to buy for example) are not allowed, these is copyrighted material and falls under promoting illegal activities. Please do NOT upload scanned pictures here, nor anywhere else. Thank you.

Do you mean the Sassanids? Because the Assyrian Empire was destroyed one millenium before your date.

I like it, so long as it doesn't kill my FPS/Rig in the process or become a constant gimmick with the AI trying to burn me out instead of fight. Yeah I know I took it a bit farther than just your "I really like the new fire animation", but it was somewhat relevant. Now as for the voices you are hearing....

CA on Carthage Demo= "As I said before, this is not the actual gamplay yet, and it is way pre alpha".

Which means it will be worse when it launched. Have fun.
